Terms of Service for Business Coaching

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") are entered into by and between [Your Name or Business Name], referred to as the "Coach," and the individual or entity ("Client") engaging the Coach's services. By participating in coaching sessions, the Client agrees to the following terms:

 

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled call. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the session, and it will not be rescheduled.

Cancellations made during the week of the scheduled call may lead to the loss of reserved time slots. The Coach reserves the right to terminate the coaching arrangement if a pattern of cancellations is observed.

SOS Call:

The Client is entitled to one emergency "SOS" call per month, outside of the regular scheduled sessions, limited to a duration of 15 minutes. The purpose of the SOS call is to address urgent matters that cannot wait until the next scheduled session.

Communication Channels:

Voxer and email are the primary communication channels outside of scheduled sessions.

The Coach commits to checking Voxer and email daily and will respond to any non-emergency messages within 24 hours.

 

Additional Support Services:

If, during the course of coaching, it is mutually agreed that the Client requires additional help such as therapy or financial counseling, the Client must book and engage in those services before continuing with regular coaching calls.

Texting Policy:

No texting is allowed except for emergency situations. In the event of an emergency, the Client may send a text to [Emergency Contact Number]. Non-emergency matters should be communicated through Voxer or email.

Client Behavior Expectation:

The Client is expected to show up to each scheduled call prepared with a specific agenda and having filled out the pre-call form provided by the Coach. This preparation ensures that coaching sessions are focused and productive.

 

Confidentiality:

All information shared during coaching sessions, including but not limited to personal and business details, shall remain strictly confidential between the Coach and the Client, except as required by law.

Payment and Fees:

Payment is due according to the terms specified in the contract.

Late payment of over a week will result in the cessation of scheduled calls until payment is made.

Termination of Services:

Either party may terminate this agreement by providing written notice at least 30 days before the end of the contract term. In the event of a material breach of this agreement by either party, the non-breaching party may terminate the agreement with immediate effect.

 

By engaging in coaching services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms. The Coach reserves the right to update or modify these terms with reasonable notice. The most current version of the terms will be available on the Coach's website or provided directly to the Client.
