Terms of Service for Six Figure Circle

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") are entered into by and between [Your Name or Business Name], referred to as the "Coach," and the individual or entity ("Member") engaging the Coach's services. By participating in coaching sessions, the Member agrees to the following terms:

Subscription Policy:

Upon purchase, members receive access to all materials and services associated with the Six Figure Circle. Access You will be enrolled in an auto renewal membership subscription using the method of pay with which you signed up.

Evergreen Clause:

Each term shall automatically renew for a subsequent period of the same length as the initial term unless either party gives the other written notice of termination by email at least 14 days prior to the expiration of the current term.

Changing Payment Method and Missed Payments:

Should you miss a payment, your membership will be terminated. If you make your payment within one week, membership at prior terms will be reinstated. Should you need to change or update a payment method, please email heather@lisazahiya.com at least one week prior to your membership renewal date.

Cancellation:

To cancel your membership, please inform us by email (gladys@lisazahiya.com) at least two weeks prior to the renewal date of your wish to cancel. Your subscription will be canceled and your membership effectively ended on the date of your canceled renewal. All membership access will be deactivated at that date.

Refunds:

Refunds are not granted for any subscription term under any circumstances.

By engaging in Six Figure Circle, the Member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms. The Coach reserves the right to update or modify these terms with reasonable notice. The most current version of the terms will be available on the Coach's website or provided directly to the Member.
